Miso Robotics

Headquartered in California, Miso Robotics is a company that specialises in developing intelligent robotic kitchen assistants. Miso Robotics' flagship product is called "Flippy," which is an autonomous robotic kitchen assistant that can cook, flip, and serve food.

Flippy uses sensors, cameras, and machine learning algorithms to detect and respond to changes in temperature, timing, and other cooking parameters. The goal of Miso Robotics is to improve the efficiency and safety of commercial kitchens by automating repetitive tasks and reducing the risk of cross-contamination.

Brookfund is an early stage (Series C) investor in Miso Robotics. In 2022 the company raised a historic $50m as part of a Series-E crowdfunding round. (2022)
