B38 Group

The B38 Group is a national provider of Total Facilities Management and property support services across numerous commercial sectors. The Business provides critical, compliance-led services including technical, hard facilities management, building maintenance and soft facilities management, inclusive of cleaning.

The commercial arm of the group was successfully acquired by the Bellrock Group in March 2021. The acquisition, backed by Horizon Capital deepens Bellrock’s geographical coverage, increases its presence in the Food Retail and Student accommodation markets and extends its ability to self-deliver key service lines.

Holding a 41.3% stake in the business, the Brookfund shareholder supported B38 Group to grow predominantly through organic growth. The business achieved annualised revenues of £17,400,000 GBP made up of both Hard (85%) and Soft (15%) FM services prior to de-merger of its domestic division and subsequent divestment to Bellrock.
