Fixx

Acquired by the shareholders in 2018, (formerly known as Woods Building Maintenance) Fixx Limited provides building maintenance services in the domestic, insurance and PRS (Private Rental Sector) marketplaces across the north of England.

Since the acquisition, the business has grown in revenue by circa 140% and operates for clientele such as AXA, Domestic & General, British Gas and Homeserve.

The business predominantly provides gas and electrical services using a self-delivered model of employed engineers. Exiting a position (41.3% of the business) in 2023 the Brookfund shareholder formerly supported the Fixx business with organic growth using tech insights and its rebranding transformation.
