Brook Capital is an independent investment group with operations in Malta, Gibraltar and the UK. As an entrepreneurial partner, we provide buyout and growth capital for small and medium sized companies within the Built Environment space with annual sales between EUR 2 million and EUR 20 million primarily in the EMEA region. Brook Capital takes majority and minority investments and supports its portfolio companies in growing sustainably and profitably both organically and through acquisitions - our aim is to build market leaders. This goal is achieved in a trusting partnership together with the co-owners and management teams of our companies.

  • Targeting businesses with an enterprise value between £0.5 million and £5 million with scalability opportunities focussing on entrepreneurial private companies – or individuals – that require funding for expansion or a change of ownership.

  • The team at Brook Capital understand the trends and use of Artificial intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud computing, and Big Data across the built environment sector. With industry expertise also in the cryptocurrency and iGaming markets, Brook Capital is well placed to support a wide spectrum of businesses and evolutionary projects in the market.

  • Focussing on the built environment as a sector, we are able to enhance and add value to growing PropTech and CREtech propositions operating both regionally and globally. Portfolio investments to date include, Kerb, Heata, Katrick Technologies, Spire, Housal, B38 Group, Fixx & Nokken

  • Typically we invest or co-invest with our partner network in, Pre-Seed, Seed and Series A rounds with tickets ranging from £50,000 to £200,000. Our preference is to close the funding round and support the business with their growth and market strategy. The Brook Capital team holds particular expertise in user acquisition through data led marketing and organic growth campaigns.
